植物中α-酮戊二酸/Fe(II)依赖双加氧酶研究进展

摘 要:

α-酮戊二酸(2OG)/Fe(II)依赖双加氧酶(2-oxoglutarate/ Fe(II)-dependent dioxygenases, 2-ODD)广泛参与植物的多种代谢过程, 是植物体内一种重要的氧化酶。它不仅对植物的生长发育具有重要意义, 而且在许多药用植物活性成分的生物合成中扮演重要的角色。本文主要综述2-ODD参与的不同代谢反应, 为深入研究2-ODD功能提供参考。

Abstract:

2-oxoglutarate/Fe(II)-dependent dioxygenases is a critical kind of oxygenase in plant, which are widely involved in various metabolic pathway of plant. Not only can they regulate growth and development of almost all kinds of plants, but they also play an important role in the biosynthesis pathway of active in-gredients of herbs. In this review, metabolic reactions catalyzed by 2-ODD were described. Consequently, this will provide references for future study of 2-ODD.
